How we research sales tools
Best AI for Sales helps you compare software by the work it needs to do, the access your team needs and the costs you can verify. Our articles combine public-source research with calculations and clearly attributed examples.
Who prepares the articles?
The AI Sales Research Team is our shared editorial byline. It identifies the site’s research work, rather than an individual product tester. We use AI tools to help collect, structure and edit material; the sources and limits of the evidence determine what we can claim.
What counts as evidence?
We use official pricing pages, product documentation and published terms for features and commercial conditions. A documented capability tells you what the vendor supports; it doesn’t establish how accurately that capability will work with your records.
Reddit discussions and user reviews help identify questions worth testing. We attribute those reports and don’t treat them as verified benchmarks. Video demonstrations include their source and, where relevant, a timestamp. Screenshots from another creator’s demonstration remain that creator’s evidence.
A proposed pilot is a set of instructions for your evaluation. We call something our own test only when we can state what we used, when we tested it and what we observed. Illustrations explain a workflow; they don’t prove that a product performed it.
How do we compare prices and limits?
We separate per-user and per-account charges, monthly payments and annual commitments, included allowances and extra usage. A monthly equivalent of an annual price isn’t a month-to-month offer. Missing or conflicting terms stay unresolved until there is enough evidence to explain them.
Worked examples identify the team size, currency, payment term and assumed extras. Calculated savings or ROI remain scenarios until measured in a real implementation. The cost and ROI calculator lets you replace those assumptions with your own.
How are tools selected?
Recommendations follow the task and constraints described in the article. Catalog cards follow the selection explained on each page, such as an alphabetical list of tools with a recorded free plan. A position in that list isn’t an overall quality ranking. Ratings from other platforms keep their source and verification date.
Some outbound links may earn a referral commission. Our affiliate disclosure explains those relationships; a referral link is not evidence of product quality.
What does a review date mean?
A source-check date records the research described in the article. Catalog cards can have different dates because their prices and ratings are maintained separately. A layout change or a new publication date doesn’t establish that every commercial claim was rechecked.
Changes to tracked catalog terms flag related articles for editorial review. That check helps us find possible inconsistencies; it doesn’t automatically rewrite a recommendation or confirm a vendor’s current offer.
How can you report a correction?
Send the page address, the claim that needs attention and a supporting source to support@bestaiforsales.com. Include the plan, region and date when those affect the answer, and leave private customer records out of your message.
